Crowdsourcing
The past is all around us and concerns the whole of society, not just expert scientists. The arrival, settlement and rehabilitation of the 1922-24 Refugees created visible and invisible imprints both in the urban space and in collective and family memories, as well as in public history. Beyond the points of interest -with the accompanying documentary material- created by the project team, the methodology of content development also included the method of crowdsourcing.
By the term "crowdsourcing" we mean the addition of content, points of interest and documents (digitized old documents, photos, audio, video, etc. documents), by the general public. Thus, a special digital application was created to allow anyone that wished to contribute to upload relevant content. The use of the application is free.
You can download the application from here.
